FourPoint Investment Sales Partners was founded in 2014 from a simple question: why? We wondered - in a time when we order our coffee customized and our suits custom-fit – why do the big firms rely on a one-size fits-all approach? When trust in big institutions has been broken, why is the commercial real estate industry stuck in the status quo of buzzwords and big box bureaucracy? And why, in a business rooted in relationships, do so many clients get the bait-and-switch when it comes to who's really working on their deal? We launched FourPoint Investment Sales Partners with the intention of pairing the best of our backgrounds in Big Commercial Real Estate with our tenacious start-up mindset. Since 2014, we've given our clients the best of both worlds; experience and scale, with personalized hands-on service.
