Chris Bancroft is co-founder of FourPoint Student Housing Investments based in Austin, Texas. Chris has been exclusively focused on the student housing industry since 2004 and founded the national student housing group for a nationally-recognized investment sales firm in 2007. In a few short years, he and his partners grew the student housing platform into a national leader in the industry. After a very successful seven year tenure, Chris and his partner Chris Epp made the decision to launch FourPoint Student Housing Investments in 2014 with the goal of providing a higher level of service for their clients.
Chris Epp is co-founder of FourPoint Student Housing Investments based in Austin, Texas. With nearly 15 years of real estate brokerage experience, Chris has played a meaningful role in over $3B in various real estate transactions and is consistently recognized for service excellence by his past employers and clients. After a very successful tenure at a nationally recognized brokerage house, Chris and his partner, Chris Bancroft, launched FourPoint Student Housing Investments in 2014 with the goal of providing a higher level of service for their clients.
Meredith Wolff directs FourPoint Student Housing Investment's national Private Client Services group. She is responsible for the marketing and client relationships involving student housing assets valued $10M and below. This includes both purpose built student housing and conventionally built apartments occupied with a majority of students. Additionally, she is responsible for all market research, tracking of national student housing transactions, and production of reports for student housing markets across the United States.
Craig Miller is Director of Capital Markets at FourPoint Student Housing Investments. In this role, he is responsible for equity and debt placement on purpose-built student housing developments and existing assets. Through abundant relationships, he sources capital and advises clients on all student housing real estate investments. His prior commercial real estate experience consisted of conducting financial analysis and valuation of student housing and student-focused assets, having valuing over $2 billion worth of assets in his tenure. Craig received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and earned his MBA in Finance from St. Edward's University.
Matthew Chase serves as Senior Financial Analyst for FourPoint Student Housing Investments. In this role, Matthew is responsible for conducting financial analysis and valuation of student housing and student-focused assets, having valued over $7 billion worth of assets in his tenure. He also reviews contracts, proposals and offering memoranda, performs rental and sales comparisons, and corresponds with clients and potential investors. With more than 7 years of experience in the student housing industry, his previous work includes property management of student housing assets, and most recently, assisting with acquisitions and dispositions for a nationally recognized student housing operator. Matthew received his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University.
Sarah Foronda serves as Real Estate Coordinator for the FourPoint Student Housing Investments Team. She is involved in a multitude of tasks ranging from marketing properties, the coordination of the transaction process and various administrative functions. With a solid 10 years of industry experience in commercial real estate, Sarah has worked for national firms specializing in landlord/tenant representation in the retail and office sectors. She earned her BA in Industrial Arts from San Francisco State University and recently moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to Austin.
